A creative enrichment class offered to mothers and their children ages 2-3 in the Tallahassee community. This outreach class is offered free of charge to 12 families each session, and the classes are led by our Preschool and Special Area teachers from 11:00am - 11:45am Lessons will include movement, music, and art activities developmentally appropriate for toddlers and moms. Congratulations to our very own, Leslie Peebles, for being named the Latin Teacher of the Year by the Classical Association of Florida. She was awarded at their annual conference in Orlando last week. This award is given to one teacher, each year, across the entire state of Florida. We are so proud of you!
Holy Comforter Episcopal School hosted the 7th installment of the Lecture Series on Tuesday, September 27th. Members of the school community gathered to hear Best Selling Author and international speaker Dr. Tim Elmore“Mistakes All Parents Can Avoid: Leading Your Kids to Succeed in Life” based on research from one of his top selling books.
Our Crusaders continue to roll, as we pick up right where we left off before Hurricane Hermine. The Cross Country team dominated the competition at our first home meet, the Crusader Cross Country Classic. Both boys and girls teams took home the first place trophy. The Runnin' Crusaders hit the road this week for the Alligator Lake Invitational in Lake City, Fl on Saturday.
